About Christi

Christi Auret is a Business Support and Operations Specialist with a background in ideation design, startup support, and practical problem‑solving. She was among the first graduates in Ideation Design from Inscape Education Group, where she trained in design thinking, innovation processes, and ethical, user‑centred problem solving.

Her early career in photography and small‑business development gave her hands‑on experience in customer service, workflow improvement, and adapting to new technologies. She later expanded into innovation and incubation, supporting more than 30 high‑tech startups at TuksNovation, coordinating specialist service providers, and organizing entrepreneurial events and innovation challenges in partnership with institutions such as the University of Pretoria and the French Embassy.

Today, through her consultancy Intentional Idea Design, Christi helps small businesses, startups, and technical teams bring clarity and structure to their ideas. Her work includes workflow design, administrative setup, customer‑experience improvement, and investment‑readiness support — shaping investor pitches and translating technical products into clear, compelling presentations.

She believes thoughtful design and practical systems can create meaningful improvements for businesses and communities, and she brings a calm, structured, collaborative approach to every project.
